’s Nitrogen Production Units (NPU) are Nitrogen supply systems capable of producing large amounts of nitrogen at 90 to 99.5% N2 (up to 3,000 SCFM). Designed for extreme ambient conditions from the arctic to the tropics, the Nitrogen supply systems are ideal for underbalanced drilling, pipeline inerting, and other applications.

Utilizing  ’s state of the art hollow fiber membrane technology,  ’s Nitrogen supply system is more compact in size than similar equipment on the market. This is a result of the greater nitrogen production per unit volume of membrane module.

 
Requiring only feed air and electrical power to produce nitrogen, Nitrogen Production Unit’s are designed for easy transport, installation, operation, and maintenance. The Nitrogen Production Unit can be fabricated within a standard 20 ft sea container or as an open frame structure for integration within a larger system. An integrated gen-set option eliminates the need for external electrical power. With a few easy connections, the system can be producing large quantities of nitrogen in minutes. The Nitrogen Production Unit is compatible with any feed air or booster compressor. The system includes air filtration, a process air heater, membrane modules, PLC controller, and oxygen analyzer. For personnel safety, the Nitrogen Production Unit also includes an ambient oxygen monitor equipped with alarm system.
